I can confirm.
I just installed the 1.4.0 RPM tonight and messed with it for a few
minutes, I noticed this when I de-linked a window. I didn't read the
original bug report so I hope this isn't reduntant. I'm using KDE btw.
When the window is de-linked then re-linked, it appears as if the user
list window is not getting refreshed. Try moving another window over xchat
then move the other window away (or change desktops) to see the effect.
When the channel window is de-linked again, it refreshes correctly.
Interestingly, if all the channel windows are de-linked then re-linked,
the problem goes away, even for single de-linked then re-linked channel
window after de-linking all the channel windows(including the server
window).
