WebCCTV is a web based webcam surveillance application. It allows
simultaneous viewing and recording of your webcam.  The cyclical recording
is optimized through activity detection. It can also be used to publish
live images to your website. The Backup feature allows for an easy
conversion of the
recorded movies to an AVI format for use with Windows Media Player. The
software is free of charge.
