With a humbled heart and spirit I commit myself this day to write to you asking for your 
benevolent and kind consideration of my plight for assistance. I would also want to apologize for 
any inconvenience or embarrassment this might cause your person, as we neither know each other 
personally nor have had any previous contact or correspondence.

By deposition, I am Mrs. Roseline Fuma wife of deceased General Daniel Fuma, who until his 
unfortunate execution was the Director of Finance and Budgetary Control of the National Union 
for the Total Independence of Angola (UNITA) rebel faction of Angola. My husband was executed 
by the order of Dr. Jonas Savimbi leader of the UNITA movement on the 16th of October 2000. 
This unfortunate incidence came on the heels of intensified government offensive against UNITA 
rebels in outwitting them from their key position and fortresses.

My husband was expected to effect the transfer of a total of US$95,000,000.00 to Swiss Bank 
account for acquisition of military equipment. Unfortunately this transfer was blocked by the US 
government as part of the sanction placed on UNITA related activities by the United States of 
America. This in not a small measure affected UNITA's fighting power against the government 
forces, which were gaining ground. For fear of execution considering Dr. Savimbi personality, my 
husband decided to defect to an ex-combatant camp in Ukwimi, Petuake in Zambia.

A week prior to his planned defection, he arranged for me and my children to relocated to Namibia 
that he would join us from Zambia at an appropriate time. For security he attached his loyal 
personal aide along with his family to us and arranged for our movement on the 12th of October 
2000. We safely moved and got to a city in Namibia where we are currently located. On the 18th of 
October 2000, we got news that unfortunately my husband along with some officials of UNITA 
who were attempting to defect was executed on the 16th of October.

In April of this year 2001, while I was going through my husband's confidential documents, I 
discovered a Certificate of Deposit regarding a set of two boxes with the description of "antique 
materials" in a Security Firm in a West African country. A personal memo by my husband 
addressed to me dated October 7th indicated that there was a total of US$23,000,000.00 as the real 
content of the boxes. Presently it is safe and the content undisclosed to the Security Firm.

I am using this opportunity to ask for your assistance in putting up a formidable claim for the 
collection of these boxes from the Security Firm in West Africa. You will be expected to invest 
same in your name on my behalf while maintaining my anonymity in your proposed business 
undertaking. My situation is very desperate and I am incapacitated by the situation, as I do not have 
the know-how to handle such amount of money.

I am soliciting your assistance in terms of logistics and materials to be able to move the 
consignment from the Security Firm as the consignment have incurred a substantial amount of 
demurrage. All documents concerning the consignment are intact with me. I shall be very grateful 
to hear from you by forwarding your response to my alternative email address at
