I modified the procmailrc.sh script to take this into account (the last
checkouts show there are blank lines at the end of the regexp files), by
testing if the line we build from the regexp is empty or not.

I also applied the modification for multiline handling (the /im switch
at the end of a taboo_body regexp). It might not be very good once there
is a line with /m alone.

Changes are committed.
