  I am james williams the confident of laurent kabila the assassinated former president of democrati republic of congo during his 4 years tenure in the office.
Before his death he entrusted 2 trunk boxes containing the sum of US$30 million in my care to deposit it with a security company which i did because he wanted to use it for the payment of his security guards and his self succession bid campaign during the next election.For the fact that all the documents is related to the deposit of the boxes with the security company are with me, I have the authority to change the ownership of the boxes to your name as it cannot be on my name without any problem
Due to the threat the new gorvernment are giving us, i decided to leave the country for exile and from there make arrangement to move the money to somebody.
