 Our Product is a keyless remote entry system on a cellular phone
 that will unlock, the car, home, garage and office doors.  
 It will also start your car and open the trunk.  Also, the lock 
 is a network communications interface cell phone built into the 
 door lock to receive calls to unlock/lock the door when you're 
 not present, but someone outside the door is present with 
 another cell phone that you are talking too.
 
 It is patented until the year December 12, 2018.  We have an US
 outsource company that can produce both the home/office lock and 
 cell phone for a cost of goods sold price of $1,000 per unit.  
 This would be for the first 200 units. Overseas, outsourcing 
 would be about estimated at $200 per unit, for larger 
 quantities, although we have not contacted any yet. 
 
 The cell phone is an icon oriented interface on the keys.
 Utilizing four modes, rolling (frequency) codes, PIN codes 
 EEPROM asterisk (like your ATM number), speech recognition, and 
 Infrared.
 
 We are looking for licensing the patent to manufacturing
 companies. Royalties would be at 9% per unit, with a cash 
 payment of $500,000 per license, non-exclusive. We will also, 
 take alliances and joint ventures, partners or venture capital.
