Mutual Assistance

I am Marcos Jamba, Director of Finance of the UNITA led by the
Jonas Savimbi, fighting since 25 years with the MPLA government of Angola.

I am in charge of the proceeds from the diamond mines for the warfare
budget and after the death of Jonas Savimbi, I fell out of favour with
some senior military commanders who insist on continuing the war with
the MPLA government of Angola.

I have in my possession 20 Million five hundred thousand United States
Dollars which I am willing to invest under your care probably in your
company or another you recommend.

I will unfold the procedure for the realization if you indicate 
interest to collaborate and you will get 15% of the total sum as commission.

Should this proposal not interest you, please disregard it without 
prejudice.
