We recognize the necessity of utilizing bulk-email
to perform under our exclusive agreement, and we are looking for one company
that specializes in bulk-email to partner this venture with us. In light
of your professional web site, you are one of several such companies we are
contacting. If we choose to utilize your company, instead of one of the
others, we will, of course, rely on your expertise to make sure our campaign
does not violate any laws, and does not prompt our current host to close our
website.
We can approach this "partnership" in one of two
ways, as I see it. First, we can simply contract with, let's say, your
company and pay you as you are accustomed to being paid to mail our message to
your mailing lists on our behalf.
The second option is to joint venture this
