Yup, found it http://www.compuniverse.com/lwgate/GACI/   Five messages in
the last four months; looks pretty dead.  There's no description of what
it's about, and a random survey of the archives didn't help me figure out
what GACI is about, so I can't tell whether they're actually the same or
not.  So I think we'll carry on anyway :-)

Note to self: create linux-security-module home page to describe what it's
about ;-)
