:-) Yeah, that's what I meant.  =)  Ezmlm does this great (www.ezmlm.org),
:-) majordomo does this but it's much clumsier (IMHO), I'm sure mailman can do
:-) it.

Does it by default if you turn on the only-from-subscribed-members
thingie.  And the sender is sent a nice little pice of email explaining
what is up.  The list owners can then accept ( post ), decline w/
an optional message, or just silently ignore it.
