 After proper consideration, I deem this medium to be the best way of reaching you since it is your private email address. In a brief introduction, I am DR. Henry Pepple the personal secretary to the present governor of the Nigeria apex bank Central bank of Nigeria.

 During the discharge exercise of our official duties to finally release all already approved payment, I discover situations which prompt my contact to you based on a mutual acceptance and agreement at the successful conclusive end of this project so I am yet to disclose to anyone hence I believe this came as an opportunity which God has placed to change my life and status for better in the future.
 
 Unfortunately one of the beneficiaries Thomas Stone of (T.W.S. INC.) from Columbus, Ohio an American whose payment was enlisted among those to be paid via our foreign settlement bank in Europe could not be traced after several attempts. As the personal secretary, I made a secret in inquiry from Nigeria port Authority (N.P.A.) where he did contract to retreat his contact address which I did completed my verification and I discovered that he died along with his family in a plane crash on Egypt airline while still in Africa for his business engagement accident list could be confirmed on this website (http://www.s-t.com/daily/11-99/11-02-99/d08ho174.htm and after this fact I felt so sorry for him but I also see it as an opportunity for me and you to benefit from this hence I refused to forward my report of findings before I contacted you for an assistance because if nobody claim this fund, it will be recalled back to federal treasure and that will benefit nobody.
 
All I need from you is your co-operation to help me receive this fund for our personal benefit and I will be very glad if I could get your assistance to help me receive this fund already approved for payment due for this late beneficiary at our settlement bank in Europe. 
 You have nothing to fear or worry about as I will take care of the documentation here in my office, and also perfect all relevant documents to instate you/your company as the sister company and recipient of the fund, on behalf of the late beneficiary including letter of authorization/release which will be acquire from the federal high court authorizing you to take charge of the fund on behalf of the late beneficiary and that will be taking care of by an accredited attorney to C.B.N.
 
 The entire process will not take longer than 5 working days since with my position of office and I have already mapped out my plans and strategies to actualize this project I will only need your acceptance and co-operation and I promise there will be no problem thereafter since the late beneficiary MR. Thomas Stone  and his family is no more alive.
