Dear Mr. President,

We have the honor to introduce ourselves as one of the oldest Indenting 
houses established in 1963. As a member of Zoha Group and having 
diversified business interests, we have represented many reputed 
Manufacturers/ Suppliers of Various Products/ Projects, Machinery, 
Equipments, Industrial Raw materials, Security Documents, Coins and many 
other items from different parts of the globe in procurement of such items 
by Different Bangladesh Government Authorities.

Mr. Shamsus Zoha Khan, The Chairman of the Group has held many senior 
positions including acted as President of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & 
Industry. He is also an Ex-Member of Managing Board of Bangladesh Red Cross 
Society, Ex-Treasurer Bangladesh Fotball Federation and represented 
Republic of Bangladesh  in many International Forums including FIFA 
Conference held in Argentina in 1978.

You may kindly note that Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh) has 
floated an International Tender for minting and supply of 200 millions of 
Two Taka Coin closing on 28/09/2003.  Specifications are as follows: 
stainless steel AISTI 430,(C-0.04, Cr=17.0) made. We understand from web 
advertisement that you are one of the renowned manufacturers and suppliers 
of Bank notes and currencies.

As such, you are requested kindly to participate in the above mentioned 
Tender as well as future tenders and select us as your exclusive agent for 
representation of your esteem company in Bangladesh. For your information, 
there was a tender for supply of 400 millions One Taka Coin, closed on 
10/08/2003. Four renowned minting companies participated in the Tender. 
Ukraine, Slovakia, Canada and French Mint. Slovakia and Canada won the last 
four Tenders based on compliance of Tender clauses and lowest rates. We are 
expecting this tender to be awarded to Slovakia again based on their rate 
assuming they have complied with all tender clauses.

Please confirm participation as we will send the document to you by DHL 
immediately.
