Wiebe van der Worp, is op zoek naar een GNU/Linux systeem beheerder die wil helpen met het beheer van een dedicated server, ``ds029'', die nu bij XS4ALL staat. Vrijschrift ( http://www.vrijschrift.org/ ) is een project dat zich bezighoudt met het actief stimuleren en bewust maken van de idee=EBn achter vrije en open source software, en het stimuleren van het toepassen van de achterliggende filosofie op andere creatieve uitingen als muziek, teksten en leermiddelen. De machine ds029 moet de vrijschrift.org website gaan hosten, met een webforum en verschillende mailinglists (staat nu bij Verio in de USA). Verder zou http://www.opencursus.be/ op ds029 moeten gaan draaien (Apache+php+Mysql). Aan deze website hangt een Wiki. Wouter Vanden Hove is contactpersoon voor opencursus.be. Op den duur zou op ds029 een mirror van Project Gutenberg ( http://gutenberg.net/ ) moeten gaan draaien; en daarnaast wordt er gewerkt aan PG-NL: een project om Nederlands teksten toegankelijk te maken. Er is ook een plan om een IRC server te gaan draaien op ds029. Vrijschrift is georganiseerd in een stichting, XS4ALL sponsort de stichting, o.a. door het doneren van het gebruik van ds029. Als je geinteresseerd bent, subscribe je dan op vrijschrift-sys door een mailtje met subject `subscribe' te sturen naar vrijschrift-sys-request@vrijschrift.org.
