antispam messages in multiple languages

Hello everyone.

For years now, I've been sending english language spam complaints to
every ISP that sends me spam. However, as more and more of my spam comes
from the dreaded sina.com, and gets bounced through chinese ISPs, I
figure they have as much chance of reading my complaint as I do their
spam.

Does anyone know a good (and trustworthy!) place to find anti-spam
messages (of the sort shipped with ricochet) that I could send? Chinese,
Taiwanese, and Korean would be most immediately useful. Spanish and
Russian would be nice to have as well. (I won't turn down any anti-spam
messages, no matter the language, but I think these cover most of the
languages used by server admins that send me spam...)
