I just don't get it.. I undertand avoiding detection by hosting
intermediate pages on dialup.. I understand obfuscated links to real
pages.  But I just don't understand why in the hell anyone would avoid a
spam filter and email the exact sort of person who could cause them major
headachs.

But then If Alan Ralsky is any indicator they think they are
invincable though I don't understand that attitude either considering how
many privacy options are enabled on his cell phone.
