Note: This is only a dialog you get up when adding new bookmarks. To
reorganise etc we need a different window. But then your technology
with would be much better.

You lost me, but it sound good. ;-)

Here is what I imagine Kaspers proposal looks like

Page of bookmarks (one of the notepad pages):

  Web Browsers
  Netscape

Now if one could simply drag the mnemonic bookmark from Misc to Web
Browsers that would be great.

Keyboard problems again Chris. Maybe use the arrow keys with highlighting
and then Cut & Paste ? Tab to jump between topics ?
