The only thing I can think of is that it doesn't sound/look like it is
keyboard-user friendly.  I'm not sure if we're aiming for that, though. 

If we're supporting keyboard operation, it would be nice to be able to
type-search in both the tree and keyword list.

Perhaps you've already thought of this.  The dialog layout looks great.
