The difference between your approach and mine is that you will have 
to think about the relation to other bookmarks when hierarchially 
structuring the bookmarks. With my approach you only think about the 
attributes (keywords) of one bookmark. The software takes care of 
the rest.

Like both approaches merged.

That is how it works today. You open your bookmark window and position 
yourself somewhere in the tree where you want your bookmark to reside. 
Your way is just a variation of that.

I rather not spend that time when I never bother with the hierarchic 
structure. I probably would if I had all my bookmarks that way but 
with thousands of bookmarks I think it takes too much time. Especially 
when there is not clear cut way to make it hierarchic.

IMHO.
