What I was trying to say is that a bookmark editor is just a special
case of an xml editor, and bookmark searches are just special cases of
xml searches.

Note that I am NOT saying we should aim for a WYSIWYG xml/html editor
(in fact, I'm against that) but a structured xml tree editor is
probably very useful. 

At the first stage, this could of course simply be a text editor.
