ftp handler


Max, I noticed

in ftp_ctrl_thread.cc. Yes, this is correct. The string that you get
out of a strstream sits in a buffer that has to be freed by
hand. Don't ask me why. 

I played around with it a bit, testing it on several servers. There
are various things that do not really work yet, but I guess you are
aware of those. If you want me to make a proper bugreport, let me
know.
