Preben, we will need to think of some way to add additional widgets to
the toolbar, under control of a different OIL (a bit like the canvas
is under control of the oil-gtkdisplay). One particular example could
be the addition of a button that forces reload directly instead of
through a proxy. This clearly only has to show up when the a proxy oil
is active.

There's no need to hurry here, but it's good to keep it in mind.
