Added menu -> compile time increased with 1 min


I have now added all the menus (possibly some I forgot) with
callback. And now compile time of clientwindow.cc went from 0.45 min
to 1.45 min on both my office 200MHz MMX and my home 166MHz MMX
machine.

Should I put the menu stuff in a separate file to cut down on compile
time ? 

Also at the moment the menu is put in a HBox I think I will turn it
into a HandleBox again as all Gnome apps use this.
