Well, I'll do incremental backup of the server every night, and a have a
checked out tree with the latest changes, so there is no big risk of loosing
something :)

Well as cvs is a little kinky about dirs you have to remove the old dirs and
then checkout each of the new names separately. That should be enought...
Checkins from the other dirs should not be any problems.
