CVS has problems


Doing a 'cvs commit' in the 'browser/src' dir, I get

  ? CVS/Entries
  ? CVS/Repository
  ? CVS/Root
  cvs server: in directory .:
  cvs [server aborted]: *PANIC* administration files missing

Any idea what could be wrong?
