Modularisation

Hi,
the headder files in the msg_* dir should be in place now, including all the
extra stuff in msg_filter that will allow us to keep the filtermanager the
way it is for now.

A configure+make in the top level dir will now create messages (include
files and so libs) for client config display filter network, and oils for
client config display!

With this I leave the rest for you Kasper. Good Luck!
