Possible small bug in Parser/Display

Kasper:

The parser is not calling SetAttributes for
the first one.

example: <IMG WIDTH=83 HEIGHT=242 SRC=smthng.jpg>

only HEIGHT and SRC are processed, but not WIDTH.

My ../filtermanager/xmltodtree/ files were 
last checked out on August 17.

This is not a top-priority bug, cause I'm using:
<IMG DUMMY=0 WIDTH=83 HEIGHT=242 SRC=smthng.jpg>
in sample.html :)
