meetings and proxy

1. i have made a little update: the proxy.txt is now correct ( i hope...) and the documentation in doc++ is now readable (ProxyHandler.html and DNS.html). DNS is currently not in the CVS tree, but i will add it soon (it is finished).
available in CVS or www.jung96.or.at/~urut/mnemonic (DNS and ProxyHandler)
i use at the moment a little <pre> tag in my doc++ documentation, it works now for me :)

2. i can't come to the wednesday (11.6) and saturday (14.6) meeting (busy at the moment). I read the logs and when any things are here for me, mail me. 

btw, i think a parser with PCCTS is a good solution ! so we can save many hourse of allready done work.
