Well, doc++ uses the same paragraph notation as tex, that is a blank line
between each paragraph. Like this:
This is paragraph 1.
This is too paragraph 1.
Thi is paragraph 2.
You can also create a paragraph that preservs the linebreaks you type
(e.g. if you want a ascii picture or something) like this:

-----------------
\end{verbatim}
