New DisplayManager needs GTK 0.99.10

I've commited some changes to dispmanager
that will probably break your compilation
with GTK+ earlier than 0.99.10

The latest version of GTK+ can always be found on
ftp://ftp.xcf.berkeley.edu/pub/pmattis

This changes add few features, but will serve
as the basis for the text-formatter I'm working
on right now.

One nice addition is images and widgets.
By some strange bug, they don't show up till
they are completely erased and repainted.
If you want to see them you need to scroll the
page fully to the bottom, and then back to the
top. Or change the active tab forth and back.

Since the images are inside a widget they
flash when you scroll them. This will be corrected,
when time permits...

ClientManager:
You can start a new browser session from the
last Mnemonic tab, and entering an url in the
box and pressing enter will perform as expected.

Maybe someone wants to take over the coding
of the gtkBrowser, since I will concentrate on
the formatter. It's in a very good shape to
start hacking on, since most of the interfaces
to the other Mnemonic Managers are well defined.
