I've stuck the relevant style-sheet in /include/linuxperf.css. People
should just link it in whenever they change a page which still has the
embedded rather than linked style data, rather than someone going through
and changing each file simultaneously, possibly breaking other people's
pending changes.
My earlier idea about using SSI to load in standard headers is really
overkill and should be ignored. It falls over cause not only is there a
title to embed in each header, there's the base href thing. So we'd best
forget it and get back to actual content writing.
