I've been working on a document for the general hierarchy called
"Common errors and what to do about them". I have not committed it to the
cvs tree yet. I can commit so you can add these items.
Heading the list is the "Unable to load interpreter" message, but
this group of things is exactly what needs to also make it onto that
document.
