[linuxperf] Patch files

What do you guys think about a performance related patch repository?
IE, Rick's MM stuff, some of the things from Andrea A, 
some of the linuxhq patches for the 2.0 series.

We could just leave it as a link to the patches stuff on linuxhq, but
the problem is that there are _SO MANY_ patches out there... which ones are
useful? This site is supposed to be help for that.
