[linuxperf] Date format. of changelog. :-{

Hi guys,

Went to check your site and had noticed that you are using US style
dates in changelog entries. Here, in Australia, the dates are day first
and it takes some time to adjust that the site was updated with 2 days
interval and not 2 months.

I think it would be much more beneficial to 'international' community,
if you could use longer date format (eg. 04 May 1999). That is if you
can of course. :-}
