[linuxperf] Slashdot Effect

Hi,

it seems that we're being Slashdotted right now. IMHO this
means that we should be putting some content online right
now as well. The main point of criticism against the .com
site is their lack of content -- let's try to be different
and put something online before the end of the day.

Me, I'll be perfecting the manual for future volunteers so
the signup procedure and our working method will be clear
to everybody...
