First crude index.html uploaded.

Hi all,

I just uploaded a very crude framework. 
At least that will prevent people from just seeing some CVS directories... :)

I made a very crude breakdown of the site in the areas that were suggested
before, but I left out the CGI and clustering side. I think that we could
combine them later into one set of pages...

Also, I used the layout of the nl.linux.org site, as that is it's primary home
for now. Later on, I will also mirror it on my pages.

I have to go, please post some comments...
