what next?

Hi,

now that the team is over 10 people strong, it's time
to decide _quickly_ (before the current LWN edition is
obsolete) what we want to do with the site and how we
want to grab/keep attention from our audience (very
important when shaping a site).

And one more thing: who's got half an hour of free time
today to set up a Q&D front page and a tables-only HTML
style?  We really want to start with the project _now_,
don't we?
