gucharmap 0.4.0 released

gucharmap is a GTK+ 2.0 Unicode character map. More information is

Significant changes since 0.2:
* Magnify the active character ("zoom mode"). Contributed by Daniel

* Drag icon when dragging out of the character table is the character
being dragged. Contributed by Daniel Elstner.

* Additional Unicode character details added since 0.2, including
annotations and cross references in NamesList.txt.
