No, there's not. Actually yours was the second comment I received asking
for an English translation. A translation won't be as helpful as you
think, since the standard is assuming a little familiarity with the
Persian language from the side of the reader.
BTW, we may start working on an unofficial translation if a few more
people ask us ;)
