Arizona's Federal Election

Dear, Friend!

I was contacted by my friends, the local Arizona business clients, who know we need a change from "the
business as usual" approach.

After years of disputes recorded in cases causing Rep. Pastor to defend his record on cases KOTTERMAN v.
KILLIAN, 193 Ariz. 273 (1999), Supreme Court No. CV-97-0412-SA, Filed January 26, 1999; BULL HN INFO. SYS.
v. DEPT. OF REVENUE, 185 Ariz. 393 (App. 1995), No. 1 CA-TX 94-0004, November 16, 1995. Review Denied
May 21, 1996 Bull HN Information Systems, Gould, Inc., Hexcel Corporation, Honeywell PMSD and Micro-Rel
("taxpayers"); S & R PROPERTIES v. MARICOPA COUNTY, 178 Ariz. 491 (App. 1993) No. 1 CA-TX
91-0024.September 28, 1993. Review Denied June 21, 1994. Page 492; PEREZ v. MARICOPA COUNTY, 158 Ariz.
40 (App. 1988), No. 2 CA-CV 88-0019, February 25, 1988. Review Denied September 27, 1988.

I believe the nation?s constituents have known for some time that there has been a problem in congress with the
continual misuse of office. This also is reflect by Karg's quote, "In 1992, after four years of being stonewall by
non-action California's politicians, I ran for the most influential, Largest (Population)/Wealthiest District in the
United States-the 36th Congressional District".

I believe Don Karg may represent us as a capable individual, who understands the Washington D.C. senators,
http://www.arizonarepublic.com/special43/articles/congressissues.html, judge for yourself.

Karg states, "The real issue, the only issue, is to be REPRESENTTED".--"Who is my Congressman?" "Taxation
Without Representation." Did anyone see Senator Byrd on the floor of the senate lately? He is not happy that we
are on the edge of burning down the house.

Karg states, "Years ago communities relied on business to support local schools. However, we have corporations
like Stanley Tool/Enron who do not pay taxes. Leaving communities taxing the working and the retired----this is
going on as we speak, back in the eastern part of America. Meanwhile we have Deliotte & Touche (just like Arthur
Anderson) shaking the foundation of Phoenix through Boeing (McDonnell Douglas hangover), the undercurrents of
the sell-off of TRW?s Airbag Program, let alone the Worldcom, Tyco, and so on----the fire is getting bigger
everyday---reflected by the DOW going under 9000."

Where was the DOW last week? 7550?

What is disturbing and quit sad is that most people read with out questioning who is on the board of this "student
paper." I send my condolences to your "outfit" which has chosen Jonathan Barnert over the individual who doesn't
consistently intelligible political philosophy other than a general disdain for public officials." I do believe there was a
guiding hand involved.

To bad the Americans and the Arizonans are the losers of this abusive self-interest of the controlling few
[Media/Utilities/Land Management/Bidders of government contracts], not mention the "independent" redistricting
Commission [IRC].

Snell [Pinnicle/Palo Verdes nuclear plant/Snell's Law firm] and Bodney [attorney for almost every newspaper] you
should be proud that the lights are still on.

Check it out.
Friend!

Best regards,
YouFuckIN.
