I am MR ABDUL HASSAN BELLO ABACHA, the elderly brother of the late Nigerian head of state General SANI ABACHA whodied on the 8th of June1998.Immediately his death, his families and relations were put to sanction by his
immediate successor General ABDULSALAMI ABUBAKAR.

A committee was equally established to recover all money and misappropriated fund during my late brother's regime .The recovering committee during 
last discovered fifty two Million US dollars in my late brother 's local account ($52,000,000 000, MILLION US).My late brother's wife, MRS MARIAM ABACHA was forced to release the husband's foreign account book to the recovering panel (committee).

It was of recent that his EXCELLENCY CHIEF OLUSEGUN OBASANJO (Nigerian President) discovered sixty six
million US dollars ($66,000,000) in ABACHA'S foreign account at a G-8 meeting of the world leaders held in
JAPAN.

I was advised by my brother's elderly son, who is currently in detention together with ABACHA'S CHIEF
SECURITY ADVISER (C.S.O) Major AL-MUSTAPHA. The Federal government of CHIEF OLUSEGUN OBASANJO
hasrefused to grant them bail.

Every directive and relevant document have been directed to me by my cousin in detention ALHAJI
MOHAMMED ABACHA, to move forty five million US dollars ($45,000,000 M US) which he deposited in a security and safe Company. This  money was moved while ABACHA was in power under a diplomatic arrangement for the proposed ALHAJI MOHAMMED 
ABACHA oil refining company, before his father's death and his present incarceration.

Sir I write to solicit for your immediate assistance for the movement or transfer of the money over there
for investments. In this regard, I was directed to negotiate with you to decide what we will offer you
as commission provided you will protect our interest. We are obliged to facilitate this arrangement because
of the committee. I shall forward every necessary documents covering this fund to you as soon as I
hear from you.
