If you mean Unicode U+FFE5 by "full-width Yen", I cannot give an
answer because Unicode itself is not yet very popular in Japan.
However, full-width Yen in Shift_JIS and EUC-JP, i.e., 0x216F in
JIS X 0208, is widely used in Japan.
