- "ISO-8859-11" does not exist. The proper name is "TIS-620".
- language code "po" should be "pl" instead.
- for "ro", there should be a compile option to return iso-8859-2 instead;
  a sistem without nl_langinfo is unlikely to have support for iso-8859-16
  imho.
