I have ever heard about this. I tried this and I could not compile it.
Before I will try further, I'd like ask some points:

1. Can XIM clients and IIIMF server communicate? In other words,
Can I use IIIM servers to input Japanese (or other languages) to
ordinary X softwares which support XIM input?

2. Can IIIMF clients communicate with XIM servers? Since XIM has a
certain amount of history and there are several XIM servers. Unlike
Korean, Japanese input method is very complex and users have their
own preferences. IIIMF clients should be able to use these XIM
   servers.
