Anyone implementing/having ideas/opponions about "ISO 14755:1997, Input
methods to enter characters from the repertoire of ISO/IEC 10646 with a
keyboard or other input device" for X?

That just says that keeping down "shift+control", typing the character's
code number (with or without leading zeros), and releasing it should
input the character.
