This is against xterm-152.
New Features
* supports language tags, and language-dependent glyph selection.
This depends on the font having support for it. You can get a version
of 18x18ja with support for different ja/zh forms of U+76F4 from
http://susu.org.uk/~robert/18x18ja.bdf.gz
In terms of efficiency, this isn't so hot, but I'll work on
optimisation now I've got it working at all.
With respect to supporting opening, say, both the 18x18ja and 18x18ko
fonts - I'm unhappy about doing it like that but I guess I will do
that (infact, I'll get onto that soon).
