Indeed, it covers all of Unicode 2.1.9.
And to unpack the downloaded Aruniupd.exe file, you don't need a
Windows system. The WINE Windows emulator suffices. After installing
WINE, modify its configuration file /etc/wine.conf so that "Drive C"
points to a VFAT partition with at least 25 MB free space (use
mkfs.msdos to create one), and change the various "Windows", "System",
etc. paths to "c:\". Then launch (as root) "wine Aruniupd.exe". It
will present a license agreement, then unpack the font into
c:/msdownld.tmp/IXP000.TMP/Arialuni.TTF and then hang. You can
"/bin/kill wine" and move the font to a better location.
