It looks familiar to me.  I found it sometime after noticing that
Bitstream stopped distributing themselves.  I think I found it referenced
through the part of Netscape's website that's accessed through Help ->
International Users.

(I'd delete the last part so that the directory is linked instead of a
particular file, since there is also documentation and CJK-less versions
of the font.)

>From my notes, I think it's version 2.0, which I recall had pre-composed
hangul syllables starting at U+3400, where CJK Extension A now is.
