All generic transliterations should be shared by all locales. If
something is conflicting you have to overwrite the generic rules. If
the Esperanto case falls into this category and you are interested in
using it, simply create a eo_DK locale for yourself (in your home dir)
or if there are many users interested in the system dir.
It is *wrong* to use the LC_CTYPE category based on the language.
