it's part of a patch - you'll have to get ncurses 5.0, and apply these
	patch-5.0-20000513.sh (a shell script)
	ncurses-5.0-20000520.patch.gz
	ncurses-5.0-20000527.patch.gz
from
	ftp://dickey.his.com/ncurses/5.0

The current version of ncurses is 5.0 (19991023)
