My blood pressure can easily tolerate up to 5-10 spam messages per day
to pass my own filters (which check just that the To/Cc lines contain my
name or a list that I subscribe to). On the other hand, anti-spam
measures in list servers are a quickly getting a big pain in the ass for
the legitimate productive normal work on the list. Do not waste time
with setting up address filters and similar naive barriers before we get
serious problems, i.e. more than 10-20 messages per week. Just delete
it manually, which takes in practice less than 800 ms per message.
Thanks.
